Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.NELSON, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition. 2.This Court, by an order dated 16.03.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4629 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4.According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 18.08.2020 and the investigation is substantially completed.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 21/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
