ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has given a representation seeking grant of approval for prosecuting the persons named in her complaint. 3.The Inspector General of Registration is the competent authority to take a call in the matter. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent states that papers have reached the third respondent.

4.I therefore direct the third respondent to take a decision in the matter in terms of Section 17(A) of Prevention of Corruption Act. I have not expressed my opinion as to how the third respondent will decide the issue. It is a matter that is entirely left the 2/4

discretion of the third respondent. The third respondent will pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and serve a copy of the same on the petitioner also immediately and without any delay.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
