Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent on 25.06.2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to give the notional weightage of five years to the petitioner's qualifying service for the purpose of calculating his pension and accordingly grant the revised pension retrospectively and to pay the consequential arrears arising there from 1/4
with interest on the differential pension and to pay pension, arrears and interest within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.K.Muthumalai For Respondents : No appearance
