Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to direct the Special District and Sessions Court (PCR) Court, Pudukottai to consider the bail application with law in respect of Cr.No.125 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.J.Chakkaravarthy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Counsel on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to amend the Crime number in order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6839 of 2021 dated 19.05.2021 as Crime No.125 of 2021 instead of Cr.No.125 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side).

3.By the order dated 19.05.2021, direction was issued to the learned Special District and Sessions Court (PCR) Court, Pudukottai to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on merits on the same day of surrender. A mistake has been committed by this Court, while preparing the fair order and mentioning the Crime No. 125 of 2020 instead of Crime No.125 of 2021 in the cause tittle. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this amendment Petition is ordered and the time is extended by 15 days for surrender before the concerned Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
