JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.T.SELVAM, J.) The present writ appeal has been filed against order, dated 10.09.2008, in W.P.(MD)No.2932 of 2005. In the writ petition, the appellant/petitioner has challenged the order of the second respondent, dated 28.08.1989, made in O.A.No.9 of 1988, which was filed by the respondents 5 to 9 and to direct the first respondent to dispose of O.A.No.8 of 2003 filed by the appellant/petitioner. 2.It is seen that the writ petition has been dismissed as against the respondents 5, 6 and 9 as early as on 04.04.2007, upon failure of the appellant/petitioner to take steps. 3.Learned single Judge besides informing several reasons touching upon various earlier proceedings and enormous delay on the appellant/petitioner in moving this Court also, has observed that no order could be passed in favour of the petitioner, in the absence of necessary parties, as O.A.No.9 of 1988 was filed by R5 to R9, who have not challenged the order therein and that the writ petition against R5, R6 and R9 had already been dismissed for want of steps.
4.In view of the above, we do not find any merit in this writ appeal and hence the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar
