ORDER
The petitioner is the Principal in the Government Ayurveda Medicial College and Hospital, Kottar, Nagercoil. He has filed this writ petition as against the order appointing an enquiry officer dated 12.01.2024.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the enquiry itself has been completed and the enquiry officer has also submitted his report.
3.In view of the subsequent developments, this writ petition is closed with a direction the respondents to proceed further based on the enquiry report and conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period 2/4
