2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned proceedings to be concluded.

W.P(MD)No.11907 of 2022 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there are some discrepancies regarding survey numbers and that there is a rival claim. In fact, he produced a copy of the report indicating that the petitioner's request cannot be accepted.

4.The second respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petition mentioned representation and serve the same on the petitioner, so that the same can be challenged in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
