The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3, to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner in Survey No.128/5B measuring 0.0700 Hectares at Alangulam Group, Keelakarai Taluk,
2. The aforementioned lands were originally assigned to the father of the petitioner, Muniyandi and later changed to the name of the petitioner and his two brothers namely, Kalaivallal and Manoharan, by proceedings of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram, dated 13.04.1997. The petitioner seeks to rebuild the house, since it is 2/5
dilapidated condition. Therefore, he seeks to survey of the lands. He had paid necessary charges on 29.04.2022.
3. A direction is given to the respondents 2 and 3 to do the necessary needful by conducting survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
