PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O.(MS) (1D) No.218 (School Education (Pa.Ka.(1) Department ) dated 20/06/2019 issued by the 1st respondent State Government, quash the same in so far as Clause 2,5(i) and date of Counseling on 13/07/2019 and 14/07/2019 under Serial Nos.13,14,15 and 16 for Elementary Education is concerned and further direct the respondents to conduct General Transfer Counselling before conducting Counselling for Surplus Teachers. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
