This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2025. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent the representation dated 05.02.2025 to the second respondent, as against the third respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and he will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation, dated 05.02.2025, but no action was taken. The second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, therefore it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6.Therefore, recording the above said submission, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
