ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This contempt petition is filed to summon the Contemnor/3rd Respondent herein and punish him for violating the order of this court made in WP(MD)No.23561 of 2024 dated 16.10.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the encroachments have been removed by the authorities and a report has been filed by the respondent and the order of this Court passed in WP(MD)No.23561 of 2024 dated 16.10.2024, has been duly complied with. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner acknowledged that the order of the Court dated 16.10.2024 in WP(MD)No.23561 of 2024 has been complied with and encroachments have been removed.

4. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. The report shall form part and parcel of the order.
