2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.It appears that till date no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. One Jeyaraman given a complaint shown the first counter petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent 06.08.2018 and 07.08.2018 at 10.30 a.m. If the police intend to register any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner shall be given notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. anticipatory bail if needed.
