ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners in respect of the above said civil dispute in the guise of enquiries in DCB, Theni District Police Station.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that there was a dispute with regard to the money transaction between the deceased and 2/4
the private respondents herein and the complaint was closed by directing the parties to workout their remedy through the Civil Process. 3.Since the complaint itself was closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
