Respondents in both petitions PRAYER in W.P.(MD).No.15078 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent from proceeding with tender process in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.42/2019, dated 04.06.2019 for collection of entry fee in Aundipatti Weekly Market, Theni, since he was acting maliciously and in biased manner postponing tender without any reason and consequently, direct the respondents 1 & 2 to appoint some other authority to conduct and complete aforesaid tender to ensure free and fair tender process and to videograph the entire proceedings. PRAYER in W.P.(MD).No.
16090 of 2019: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned re-tender notification in Na.Ka.No.42/2019, dated 08.07.2019 issued by the third respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh tender notification and to hold free and fair tender.
