ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 355, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.145 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that anticipatory bail was already granted to the petitioners by the Court below. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
