O R D E R

The 14th defendant O.S.No.224 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the 14th defendant has purchased the suit schedule properties prior to the filing of the suit from the first defendant. The plaintiff in the suit have obtained an order of interim injunction restraining the 14th defendant from 2/4

operating quarries and thereafter, dragging on the suit without completing the service on the other defendants. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.224 of 2022 on or before 31.12.2025. In case if the suit could not be disposed of due to the dragging on the part of the plaintiff, the interim order granted by the trial Court shall not be extended beyond 31.12.2025.

4. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 25.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No ebsi To
