This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third to fifth respondents from conducting a survey of the land and installing boundary stones in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos.1078/1B and 1078/2 at Kottakudi Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, under the guise of the Survey Notice dated 15.05.2024.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner and the sixth respondent.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to fifth respondents would submit that the survey has already been conducted. He has also produced a copy of the survey report of the fourth respondent.

4. In view of the above, no cause survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
