ORDER
The order impugned in the present writ petition is a only request by the second respondent to the third respondent herein for audit report for the years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021. Pursuant to such request, the third respondent herein had also furnished the details sought for in the impugned order. The impugned order does not refer to any remarks against the petitioner herein. The petitioner apprehends that the incentive increment awarded to him earlier may be recovered.
2.It is needless to point out that in case such recovery is sought to be made, the petitioner would be entitled for prior notice in order to put forth his objections. WP(MD)No.12129 of 2022 3.As such, the present impugned order may not directly involve the petitioner herein and the writ petition itself is premature. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any proposal by the respondents herein seeking for recovery of the incentive increment already granted. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
