This Writ Petitioner challenges the order of the second respondent dated 03.03.2023. Similar challenge was made in W.P. (MD)No.3096 of 2024 and by order dated 07.03.2025, I have dismissed the Writ Petition, with a direction regarding physical possession. In the present Writ Petition also the very same order is impugned.

2.Therefore, this Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines on which W.P.(MD)No.3096 of 2024 has been disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
