ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give permission and protection to conduct Volley Ball tournament on 24.07.2021 and 25.07.2021 to be conducted in Sobanapuram, Turaiyur, Trichy District by considering the representation, dated 16.07.2021.

2.It appears that the Government has issued strict guidelines conducting all the public sports events have also been banned. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. When the situation become ease depending upon new guidelines that can be issued by the Government, the petitioner may revive the representation. 3.With the above said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
