ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.48 of 2019 under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506(ii) IPC, dated 08.04.2019, on the file of the respondent No.1, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the petition is filed seeking quashment of the above said Crime Number, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii)IPC, he resisted the prayer only with regard to the direction to the concerned Judge to complete the trial at the earliest. He would also submit that the petitioner has completed his B.L., Degree and awaiting to enroll his name and due to the pendency of this case, it is getting delayed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10344 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Final Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) & 326 IPC.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam to take the charge sheet on file and take cognizance of the offence and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
