O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul. He was originally directed to appear before the respondent Police daily. It was modified and the petitioner was permitted to appear before the respondent Police on every Sundays. The petitioner has been complied with the said condition regularly.

2.Therefore, however compliance of the said condition shall not be required. Accordingly, the condition imposed by the Court below stands relaxed totally.
