O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order dated 05.04.2019 in true letter and spirit.

2. While allowing the Writ Petition, the impugned orders dated 20.03.2017 and 28.09.2018 are quashed and the third respondent therein was directed to approve the petitioner's appointment as Pre-Vocational Instructor (Sewing) in the fourth respondent school and disburse salary and other attendant benefits with effect from 25.10.2017.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.

4. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order of the Court is complied with by proceedings dated 29.08.2023 by approving the appointment of the petitioner and monetary benefits are settled on 08.09.2023 and requested to close this Contempt Petition.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the entire monetary benefits have been received by the petitioner.

6. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
