O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2024 and 22.04.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and hence, the petitioner is facing threat. Therefore, the petitioner gave representations to the second respondent police seeking for police protection. Since the same were not considered, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the official respondents would submit that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. During enquiry, the parties agreed before the respondent police that they would resolve the issue by conducting survey. Based on the above, the said complaint was closed. 2/5

4.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent police. 5.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the revenue authorities for surveying the land in dispute. As such, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be entertained. 6.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner indicated herein above.
