ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Karuppsamy Pandiyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed seeking extension of time to furnish sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 5199 of 2024, dated 04.04.2024. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to furnish the sureties. (*)Two weeks time is extended for furnishing surieties and also for considering the bail application.
