PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to set aside the 4th respondent's appointment order made on 13.03.2019 based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2019 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner as Secretary in the Nagalkulam Village Panchayat, Keelapavoor Panchayat Union, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to set aside the fourth respondent's appointment order dated 13.03.2019 based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2019 and to direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as Secretary in Nagalkulam Village Panchayat, Keelapavoor Panchayat Union, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.15113 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that as per order dated 08.03.2019 passed in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/1095/2018 by the third respondent, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 08.03.2019 if she is so advised. No costs.
