ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the representation dated 25.03.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by one Arumugam, a case in Crime No.685 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 506 (i) and 120 (B) of IPC has been registered against 4 persons. Among them, this petitioner has been arrayed as accused No.2. He further submitted that the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum through appropriate proceedings and the question of harassment may not arise, in view of the aforesaid circumstances. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
