Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings initiated by the 1st respondent under the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 against the 2nd and 3rd respondents and premises at No.171/A4, First floor, K.P.Road, Opp. Collector Office, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District ending up with proceedings in Ref No.Nil, dated 22.01.2019 insofar as not serving any notice to the petitioner as occupier of the premises and not affording any reasonable time for making alternative arrangements and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to remove the seal and permit the petitioner to use the premises at No.171/A4, First Floor, K.P.Road, Opp.Collector Office, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District till the petitioner make alternative arrangements.
