2. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the first respondent to convene the peace committee meeting based on his representation. 3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the festival had already commenced last Sunday and it is likely to conclude this Sunday. In these circumstances, in my view nothing survives for further adjudication. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
