O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction to the first respondent, the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District to conclude enquiry now pending in proceedings in Na.Ka.B6/19202/2020 within a reasonable time.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, it had been stated that the fourth respondent had filed a revision before the first respondent against an order passed by the second respondent and the same is pending before the first respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent.

4. Since the revision is pending, it is not appropriate on my part to 2/5

enter into the facts and discuss all the facts of this case.

5. A direction is issued to the first respondent to proceed with the enquiry and ensure that an opportunity is given to both the petitioner and the fourth respondent and thereafter endeavour to dispose of the enquiry within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
