of TN PPDL Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

4.All these FIR were registered in connection with Sterlite Protest. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court directed that only one FIR should be registered. The petitioners are not alleged to have involved in any violence. Therefore, the petitioners deserve to be granted with anticipatory bail. 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tuticorin,and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

7.The petitioners shall furnish common sureties for all these cases. If the Tuticorin Police intend to implicate the petitioners in any other case, they shall issue notice to the petitioners under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C., so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move this Court for grant of anticipatory bail. sd/- 03/08/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
