Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Notice in Na.Ka.No.697/2014/A1 dated 14.03.2016 issued by the Respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to renew the petitioner s Lease of Shop No.5, Tax Assessment No.151, situated in the Rajaji Bus Terminus of Karaikudi Municipality and extend the lease period.
