ORDER

The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to restrain the fifth respondent from laying a road connecting Mudikandam Village and Pasangarai Batrakaliamman Temple, encroaching upon the Valiankulam Kanmai situated in S.No.307, Mudikandam Panchayat, Senthi Undayanathapuram Group, Sivagangai Taluk and District. 2.The negative relief as such for in the Writ Petition cannot be granted and such a prayer is not entertainable. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
