PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 with the help of the 4th respondent to conduct the survey of the property comprised in Grama Natham Old Survey No.214/1 in equivalent to Natham Survey No. 492/52, to an extent of 351 Sq.Mt out of 69 sq.mt vacant site and 30 sq. mt RCC building based on the petitioner's representation on 30.10.2017 and petitioner's son's representation 20.11.2017 with SBI Challan 20.11.2017, Rs.80/- for survey the land and fix the four boundaries within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has sought for survey to be conducted based on her representation given way back on 20.11.2017. Admittedly, today the survey rules have been modified and any application for survey has to be necessarily made in the online mode. 2/5

2.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make an online application and pay the necessary prevailing charges within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being made, the respondents 2 & 3 shall dispose of the said application, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent, if any, within a period of twelve [12] weeks thereafter. In the event of requiring police protection, the second respondent shall seek the assistance of the fourth respondent officials by giving advance intimation.
