2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. Records perused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, having wide circulation in Kancheepuram District, indicating the next date of hearing as 04.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 20.05.2026
