RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honorable Court in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8575 of 2021 dated 30/06/2021 in which instead of directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., it may be modified directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KESAVAN.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM,GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8575 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 05.07.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioner is a lady and she got three kids, hence he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed on the petitioner directing her to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
