ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent to hold an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2019, after affording opportunity of hearing to the respondents 5 to 7. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to hold an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2019. 3.In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.
Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 4th respondent / the Sub Registrar, Kalakad, Tirunelveli District, is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2019, to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
