This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.07.2021. The said submission is recorded. 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
