ORDER

This petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the peaceful life of the petitioner and his family members. In short, this writ petition is more in the nature of a not to harass petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner was called for enquiry by the respondents police in order to investigate for the offence that was committed by his son, who is absconding.

4. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the respondents police for enquiry and at the time of conducting the enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
