Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension the time to the operation of order made in Crl.MP(MD)No.5956 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD) No.6205 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. Due to the financial crisis, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.MP(MD)No.5956 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6205 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.MP(MD)No.5956 of 2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6205 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6835 of 2022 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
