ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to make necessary UDR corrections in the revenue record based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2022.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. 2/5

3.Admittedly, the corrections sought for is pertaining to UDR entry. Even though the petitioner has prayed for the direction to the respondents 1 to 3, the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner is the third respondent.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the third respondent to consider on merits and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2023 after affording fair opportunity to the petitioner. This exercise shall be carried out in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
