ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.755 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai. 1/4

2. Despite notice being served on the respondent/husband, the respondent has not appeared either in person or through counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Court is inclined to allow this transfer civil miscellaneous petition by directing the withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.755 of 2022 from the file of Family Court, Coimbatore and transfers the same to the file of Family Court, Pudukottai.

4. The transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs. consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
