ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 17.11.2022 to the third respondent requesting him to survey his land. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the survey officials have considered the petitioner's application and rejected his request on the ground that the patta stands in the name of another person. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3. It is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 11 of Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, before the District Surveyor, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
