PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to approve the appointment of T.S.Edward Bergin in the post of Vocational Teacher (Basic Electrical Engineering) from the date of appointment that is from 03.06.2019 by considering the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 03.06.2019 and disburse monetary and other attendant service benefits, including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment that is 03.06.2019 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to pass final orders on the petitioner's proposal dated 03.06.2019 seeking for approval of the appointment of T.S.Edward Bergin in the post of Vocational Teacher (Basic Electrical Engineering) from the date of appointment that is from 03.06.2019 2.The aforementioned proposal was sent by the petitioner but till date, the proposal has not been considered by the 2/5

respondents and under those circumstances, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the proposal of the petitioner as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's proposal dated 03.06.2019, seeking for approval for the appointment of T.S.Edward Bergin in the post of Vocational Teacher (Basic Electrical Engineering) from the date of appointment that is from 03.06.2019, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
