Respondent Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by call for the records pertaining to the proceeding in Naa.Kaa No.407 / NRC / tcNfh / Kfhk; / 2019 dated 26/06/2019 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vallam, Thanjavur and quash it and further direct the respondents to sanction permission to the petitioner organization to go for Hunger strike from the day the Court fixes or 10th July 2019 which is earlier by considering the representation submitted to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vallam, Thanjavur. ORDER

This Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings Naa.Kaa No.407 / NRC / tcNfh / Kfhk; / 2019 dated 26/06/2019 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vallam, Thanjavur and further direct the respondents to sanction permission to the petitioner organization to go for Hunger strike on 10.07.2019.

2. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to grant permission for hunger strike on 10.07.2019 to the petitioner organization. Now the petitioner sought for the petitioner has been lapsed and the prayer has become infructuous.

3. However the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation to the respondent and the same may be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
