O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed against the order, dated 15.09.2021 in W.P(MD)No.22867 of 2017. This Court has directed the respondent to grant promotion to the petitioner on par with his batch mates and before his juniors.
2. The contemnor has produced a proceedings, dated 25.09.2020. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raised an objection that the petitioner alone was granted promotion on temporary basis and others were granted permanent promotion. This Court directed the respondent to verify the the same.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted on the side of the contemnor that all the persons were promoted promotion on temporary basis under Section 47(1) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) ACt, 2016.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, there is no contempt as alleged and therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. 14.10.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes ksa 3/4
