ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 506(i), 507 and 505(2) I.P.C, in Crime No.283 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.06.2018, the complainant Kaja Najumudheen, who is a President of Kathir Awliya Jumma Masjith, Valavanthalpuram, Aruppukkotai, Virudhunagar District has received an anonymous letter in the name of Anbu, S/o.Subbiah stating that on 18.06.2018 the Mashith will be exploded by human bombs. Based on the information, the respondent registered a case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's name does not find in the First Information Report. The petitioner is in judicial custody from 16.06.2018 onwards. He is an innocent person. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e. morning at 10.30 a.m. and evening at 5.30 p.m. until further orders;
