ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent vehemently objects to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that he is the instigator of the crime. He further submits that the investigation is not completed.

2. Considering the vehement objection of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail.
