PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate Criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner Complaint dated 25.05.2022 lodged before the second respondent herein.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate Criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner Complaint dated 25.05.2022 lodged before the second respondent herein.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police have not taken any action.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the Second respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Kallakudi Police Station, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.05.2022, and to complete the enquiry within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
