This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records in connection with the impugned FIR in Crime No.211 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that in respect of Crime No.211 of 2018, the first respondent herein has completed the investigation and after preparing a final report, forwarded the same to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for approval. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the final report before this Court. 3.Therefore, it is made clear due to the completion of investigation, the question of quashing the First Information Report does not arise.
